EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Members of Have Paws Will Travel and our dogs are happy to present educational programs to interested groups such as clubs, schools, churches, libraries, and nursing homes, within reasonable driving distance of Arapahoe County. Groups may request a program lasting anywhere from a few minutes to one hour; we tailor it to the interests and age level of the group. Our presentations include demonstrations with the dogs, informational talks, and lots of time for questions and meeting the puppies. For longer programs, Special Partners, a twenty minute video about Guide Dogs for the Blind, Inc, is presented to groups with VCR equipment available.

Since we are an all volunteer, non-profit organization, we ask for a small donation in return for each program. Donations are used to help fund club activities, buy equipment, and support our members in their puppy raising efforts.
