Digital Scavenger Hunt

Southglenn Mall, January 10th 2006

The club had an outing to the soon-to-be closing mall, to check out the shops. Each team was given a list of 30 stores with descriptions from which to pose the dogs for pictures. 45 minutes later, we gathered at a central place for a slide show of our efforts. Looks like everyone had a great time! Many of the shopkeepers were amused to see our puppies, too.

Ann Tyler Loft - A Bag for My Stuff
Brunswick, the black dog chose a white bag, but Quazar, the yellow dog chose a black one.	Gaston is keeping his options open	Italy likes the red one. Strap seems a bit short though.

Clemens says, "I don't think this bag has enough pockets for all my stuff...might work as a chew toy, though!	Warner, Icon and Frampton found a bag big enough for them all to share.

Looks like Harbor & Caelyn are planning to shop till they drop!

Bath & Body Works - Mom, I'll take a bath every day with THIS!
Brunswick and Quazar found the world's best rubber ducky.

Champion found the duck, too.	Brunswick even found the bathtub!

B. Dalton Book Sellers - All my favorite books are gone...

Brunswick & Quazar say their moms will look pretty in pink.	Not only have Harbor & Caelyn found something for mom, looks like they found new moms! (or are those mannequins?)

Quazar and Brunswick like the poodle & unicorn backpacks best.	Caelyn: "I'll sit in the bag, and you can pull me along, Harbor!"

Gaston wants to buy this cat and have it gift wrapped.	Clemens & Italy have got the bows covered! Meanwhile, Harbor is covered with bows!

Brunswick - "Sweet stilettos, mom!"	Not exactly boots, but we love the look, Harbor!

Quazar is sticking with a more practical selection.

Looks like Warner, Frampton and Icon have good taste in jeans.	Dalton inspects a pair.	Wendy & Brunswick have theirs all picked out.

Brunswick & Quazar Looks like the good stuff is on sale today.

Brunswick is looking stylish	Clemens helps his young mistress pick something casual, but Italy reserves comment.

Diamonds may be a girl's best friend but dogs are a puppy raiser's best friend, according to Quazar & Brunswick.	"I dunno anybody to buy a diamond for, do you?" Clemens & Italy

Brunswick and Quazar have found the penultimate game for dogs to play--"Cat-opoly!"

Italy and Clemens have turned their backs on a second career as drug-sniffing dogs.	After 30 stores in 45 minutes, looks like Kelsey & Quazar and Wendy & Brunswick all have headaches!
